TURBO ORIGINS 370z GIVEAWAY – OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase is necessary to enter or be eligible to win. Making a purchase or accepting any product offer will not increase your chances of winning.
ELIGIBILITY
The Turbo Origins 370z Giveaway (the “Giveaway” or “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding New York, Florida, Alaska, and Hawaii), the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are licensed drivers and have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. Businesses, corporations, or other legal entities are not eligible.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Turbo Origins LLC (the “Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion partners, and Internet agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”), as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent) or those living in the same household, are not eligible.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited. All federal, state, provincial, municipal, and local laws apply. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules, which constitute a binding contract between the entrant and the Sponsor. Winning is contingent upon meeting all requirements outlined herein.
PROMOTION PERIOD
The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 AM PST on March 31, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM PST on July 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). The Sponsor’s computer system will serve as the official timekeeping device.
HOW TO ENTER
LIMIT TWO HUNDRED (200) ENTRIES PER ENTRANT, REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY.
Engaging with any social media content does not constitute an entry unless expressly stated.
An ‘Entrant’ is any individual who submits a valid entry in accordance with these Official Rules.
1. Online Purchase Method
Participants can earn one (1) entry for every $5.00 USD spent on qualifying purchases at www.TurboOrigins.com. Sales tax and shipping costs are excluded. Entry totals will be rounded up to the next five-dollar increment. Returned purchases before the drawing will void any associated entries. Purchases must be completed by 11:59:59 PM PST on June 30, 2026.
By entering online, participants consent to receive transactional and promotional email communications from the Sponsor. Participants may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time.
2. No Purchase / Mail-In Method
Participants may receive two (2) entries without making a purchase by submitting a hand-printed, plain 3” x 5” card containing: full name, street address, city, state/province/territory, postal code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), email, and daytime phone number (including area code).
Mail the entry in a #10 business-size envelope with proper postage to:

Each envelope must include a legible handwritten return address. Metered mail, bulk entries in a single package, or mechanically reproduced entries will be disqualified.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 30, 2026, and received by July 5, 2026. Each valid mail-in entry counts as two (2) entries. Participants may submit multiple mail-in entries, but each must comply with the above rules.
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due entries. All submissions become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
BONUS ENTRY PROMOTIONS
Sponsor may, from time to time and in its sole discretion, offer promotional opportunities to receive additional or multiplied entries (each, a “Bonus Entry Promotion”), such as “20X entries,” “30X entries,” or similar limited-time offers.
Eligibility and Application
During a Bonus Entry Promotion, eligible entries received within the stated promotional period will receive the advertised multiplier or bonus amount, as specified in the applicable promotional announcement. The exact terms, including the start and end date and time of each Bonus Entry Promotion, will be disclosed by Sponsor via its website or official marketing channels and are final and binding.
Equal Treatment of Entry Methods
Bonus Entry Promotions will apply equally to all methods of entry, including free mail-in entries, provided such entries are received and processed during the applicable promotional period and comply with all stated requirements. Sponsor is not responsible for delays in mail delivery, and mail-in entries must be received (not postmarked) within the promotional period to qualify for any bonus or multiplier.
Non-Retroactive Application
Bonus Entry Promotions apply only to eligible entries received during the stated promotional period and will not be applied retroactively to entries received outside of such period.
Limits and Restrictions
Sponsor reserves the right to impose limits on the number of bonus or multiplied entries that may be awarded to any individual or email address during a Bonus Entry Promotion, as disclosed in the applicable promotional announcement.
Modification, Suspension, or Termination
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Bonus Entry Promotion at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor that, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon notice posted on Sponsor’s website or official channels.
Final Determination
All determinations regarding Bonus Entry Promotions, including eligibility, timing, and allocation of entries, shall be made by Sponsor in its sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
Official Record
Sponsor’s database and records shall be deemed the official record of all entries, including any bonus or multiplied entries awarded pursuant to a Bonus Entry Promotion.
ENTRY CLASSIFICATION
For purposes of these Official Rules, entries will be categorized as either “Base Entries” or “Bonus Entries.”
Base Entries are the standard number of entries awarded for a qualifying purchase or free mail-in entry, as defined in these Official Rules, without the application of any promotional multiplier or bonus.
Bonus Entries are any additional entries awarded as part of a promotion, including but not limited to multiplier offers (e.g., “2X entries,” “3X entries”), limited-time bonuses, or other promotional incentives.
Bonus Entries increase a participant’s chances of winning but have no independent cash value and are subject to all conditions set forth in these Official Rules.
RANDOM DRAWING
Sponsor and Administrator: Turbo Origins LLC
A random drawing to select one (1) potential winner will occur on or about July 15, 2026, from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted and administered by an independent third-party service, Random.org, which provides certified random selection using atmospheric noise to ensure a fair and unbiased outcome.
Winners and non-winning participants may be able to verify the results of the drawing through Random.org for a period of at least five (5) years following the drawing, without disclosure of personal identifying information. Sponsor reserves the right to determine whether such verification records will be made publicly accessible or maintained privately.
All decisions related to the drawing and winner selection are final and binding. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winners are subject to verification. The Sponsor will contact potential winners by email and/or phone. Winners must complete and return:
- Affidavit of Eligibility
- Release of Liability
- Prize Acceptance Form
- Publicity Release (where permitted by law)
- Copy of valid driver’s license (expired or suspended licenses are not valid)
Canadian winners must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.
U.S. winners will be required to complete an IRS Form W-9, and the Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the value of the prize, as required by law.
All required documents must be returned within five (5) calendar days (including weekends and holidays) of notification. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be conducted if necessary; thereafter, the prize may remain unawarded.
Scam Warning: The Sponsor will only contact potential winners via the email or phone provided. No credit card, bank information, or payment is required. Social media messages are not used for winner notifications. U.S. winners are responsible for applicable taxes.
MINIMUM PROMOTION THRESHOLD
The Promotion must receive a minimum of 7,000 eligible base entries, during the Promotion Period in order for the advertised Grand Prize vehicle to be awarded.
Bonus Entries, promotional entries, or entries awarded as part of any multiplier or incentive program shall not be included in the Minimum Threshold calculation.
If fewer than 7,000 eligible base entries received and verified are received by the end of the Promotion Period, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the Grand Prize with a cash prize equal to thirty percent (30%) of total revenue generated from entry-associated sales generated during the Promotion Period.
A winner will still be selected from all eligible entries received, and the substituted cash prize will be awarded in accordance with these Official Rules.
The cash prize described in this section is separate from the optional cash alternative described in the Prize and Approximate Retail Value (ARV) section.
PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)
One (1) Grand Prize: 2013 Nissan 370z, with an ARV of $16,000 USD. The prize vehicle is intended for racetrack use and may not be registrable or legal for street use in all jurisdictions. The Winner will also have the option to accept a $12,000 USD cash award in lieu of the aforementioned Prize. The cash alternative is offered in recognition that the prize vehicle may not be registrable or legal for street use in all jurisdictions, that the winner may incur tax liabilities or other costs associated with accepting the vehicle, or that a winner may otherwise prefer a cash award in lieu of the vehicle. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize represents the Sponsor’s good-faith determination and is final and binding. No appeals will be permitted. If the actual value of the Prize at the time of procurement and fulfillment is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded.
Winner is responsible for all licensing, insurance, registration, and any other costs not explicitly covered. The prize must be collected at a Sponsor-specified location in Los Angeles, California, within thirty (30) days. If delivery is not completed within this period, the prize may be forfeited.
The prize is awarded “AS IS” with no warranties. Sponsor is not responsible for mechanical condition, quality, or suitability. Winner assumes all risk after taking delivery. Photos are for illustration only. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Taxes and duties are the winner’s responsibility. The winner is solely responsible for all costs, duties, taxes, customs clearance, and any other expenses associated with transporting the prize vehicle following acceptance of the vehicle including compliance with all federal, State, and local laws, regulations, and safety requirements. The winner assumes all risk and liability for the vehicle during transport, including loss, damage, or theft. The winner must ensure the vehicle can be legally registered, and insured in their city and state.
If the winner is a resident of Canada, the winner is solely responsible for all costs, duties, taxes, customs clearance, and any other expenses associated with transporting the prize vehicle from the United States into Canada, including compliance with all Canadian federal, provincial, and local laws, regulations, and safety requirements. The winner assumes all risk and liability for the vehicle during transport across the border, including loss, damage, or theft. The winner must ensure the vehicle can be legally imported, registered, and insured in their province or territory. The Sponsor makes no representations or guarantees regarding the eligibility of the prize vehicle for importation, registration, or use in Canada, and any such determinations are the sole responsibility of the Canadian winner.
Important: Winners must ensure the prize vehicle meets any applicable local/state/provincial safety, emissions, or regulatory requirements prior to operation.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any liability related to participation, prize acceptance, or use of the prize. Winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, or entry for advertising purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
FORCE MAJEURE / TECHNICAL FAILURE
Any attempt to damage, tamper with, or interfere with the promotion, website, or entries is prohibited and may result in legal action. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due entries, errors, technical malfunctions, computer failures, transmission problems, virus, bug, network failure, act of God, pandemic, natural disaster, or any other force majeure event. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if any factor beyond its reasonable control impairs its integrity, administration, or proper operation. In the event of cancellation, a random drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries received prior to cancellation.
Fraudulent entries, robotic or automated entries, or any tampering with the entry process will result in disqualification.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION / ARBITRATION
By participating, entrants agree that all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to this Promotion, the Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and Sponsor, shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration on an individual basis, under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, with the seat of arbitration in California.
Prior to initiating arbitration, the entrant must provide written notice of the dispute (a “Demand”) to the Sponsor at:

The Sponsor and entrant agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute during a 10-business-day period following receipt of the Demand. If the dispute is not resolved within this period, the entrant may then proceed to binding arbitration.
Entrants waive any right to a jury trial or court litigation. No class, collective, or representative actions are permitted. The arbitration provision survives the conclusion, modification, or termination of the Promotion.
PRIVACY
The Sponsor and its authorized agents collect and use personal information provided for administering the promotion and prize fulfillment. Participation constitutes consent to such collection, use, and disclosure in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy.
WINNERS LIST
The winner’s name will be posted on the Turbo Origins website and Instagram on or about July 20, 2026, after verification.
