Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

This policy applies to all merchandise purchased from Turbo Origins.

Returns

All merchandise sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. If approved, we will, at our sole discretion, replace the item or provide another appropriate remedy.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for any merchandise, including exchanges for size, color, or change of mind.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for merchandise purchases except where required by applicable law or if we determine that a refund is appropriate due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled order.
